We will vet the borrower and the deal for eligibility. If the deal fits our lending criteria, we'll quickly move it forward for funding. Before we wire the funds, you'll receive a Lead Generation JV Agreement to sign.

When the deal is closed and funds are disbursed, You Get Paid! One agreement is created per funded deal to ensure clear terms and payouts. We will pay you a referral portion of the profits on every deal that closes.
