At KMiller Funds, we believe in rewarding those who help us grow by connecting us with investors in need of fast, creative capital. If you know someone who needs EMD, Double Close, or seller carry back - Stack Method funding, we want to work with you.

We will vet the borrower and the deal for eligibility. If the deal fits our lending criteria, we'll quickly move it forward for funding. At that time, you'll receive a Lead Generation JV Agreement to sign.

When the deal is closed and funds are disbursed, You Get Paid! One agreement is created per funded deal to ensure clear terms and payouts. We will pay you a referral portion of the profits on every deal that closes.
